We select our colleagues on the basis of a thorough and precise mechanism . This is considered to guarantee that we find the appropriate people for the appropriate positions. All new entrants get involved in a detailed orientation programme, and start their own work only after the completion of the programme.
Our company is growing constantly, which from the point of view of the organization's development also means that new positions, new tasks, new divisions are created. During the selection process, if we can find colleagues with suitable skills and motivation within the company, we do not start external search. If there is no suitable candidate within the company, we start external search.

We support the involvement and participation of our specialists in the various professional meetings, events, exhibitions as well.
Within our company there are regular surveys of the organization , where we are interested in what our colleagues think about their own and our company’s situation, what to develop or change. These surveys are jointly evaluated and the necessary directions of development are determined.
